Indivisible NH UV Committees
Involved
If you’d like to be on one of our committees or get on that group’s email list, please contact us and put the name of the committee in the subject line.
Events Committee

The Events Committee created our No Kings 3 rally, the ICE Out for Good march, and more. We will be organizing a variety of small and large events, including No Kings 4 and 5.
Education Committee

The Education Committee is looking for a person to coordinate the education page on our website -- identifying items worth featuring and submitting them to our webmaster. Creative initiatives towards future educational programming are welcome.
Elections Endorsements Committee

The Elections Endorsements Committee developed a process for the chapter to consider and pursue endorsements in contested political races. That process has begun for the 2026 elections. Join us to make a difference in the elections! To read Indivisible NH Upper Valley's endorsement process, click here.
Elections Integrity Committee

The Elections Integrity Committee pursues actions to maintain fair, unbiased elections and tries to ensure that all voters can access their right to vote.
Support Committee

The Support Team seeks volunteers to help in a variety of roles. Could you assist with our website, newsletter, social media, press relations, fundraising, photos/videos or other essential group functions? Part of the Support Team is the Task Force: Are you unable to join a committee right now but willing to consider doing an individual task when you’re available? If so, we’ll put you on the list and contact you when something specific needs doing.
How about managing an Indivisible NH UV account on social media? Sometimes it’s easiest to do that in a social media app that’s new to you. If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I should explore Tik Tok” but you haven’t yet, why not be our representative on Tik Tok? Or NextDoor? Or Reddit? Or EventBrite or MeetUp?
A parent has told us that she could participate more in Indivisible meetings and events if there was childcare available. Does that description fit you, too? Email us at info@indivisiblenhuv.org if you'd like to connect with other parents to consider strategies for childcare that would help you be more active in Indivisible.
Please contact us to let us know you’re ready to pitch in.
Legislative Committee

The Legislative Committee pays attention to bills moving through the NH legislature and Congress and notifies Indivisible members when their input might help a good bill pass or stop a bad bill.
Our Guidelines for Productive Meetings

Ground rules for our meetings:
1. Start on time, end on time
2. Stick to agenda
3. Come prepared
4. Active participation while keeping focus
5. One person speaks at a time
6. “Share the air”
7. Respectful dialogue
8. Listen to understand
9. Hard on issues, not on people
10. Leave your stripes at the door (don’t pull rank)
11. Said here, stays here
12. Encourage diverse views
13. Strive for consensus
14. Facilitators hold all accountable for the ground rules, including themselves
15. Remember to ask yourself three questions before speaking
a. Does this have to be said?
b. Does this have to be said by me?
c. Does this have to be said by me now?
More coming soon!

We are ramping up for the midterms and other events. Please check back for more info in the coming months.
